R.I.P GEORGE MICHAEL
Last Post for 2016
Okay I have so much to say and shared that I will just jump right into it. My last post I was going to share my new skincare routine I am moving away from a lot of store bought products and into more natural products I got the first wave and am waiting for the second half of the order to be delivered.
Okay so the first product shown is my 100% Natural (Organic) African Sheaf Butter I will be using this in conjunction with various essential oils to fade my dark scars hyperpigmentation away this cost about $5-$7 on www.amazon.com. This brand came highly recommended from the many YouTube Tutorials that I viewed. The oils I will be using are Lemon, Peppermint, Tea Tree Oil and Rosehip Oil not all a once but for different skin issues:
Frankincense: Supports healthy cellular health, skin, emotions, etc
Lemon: For increasing energy, digestive and respiratory support, cleaning, etc
Rose: Promotes skin health/complexion, emotional balance, etc
Tea Tree (Melaleuca): Cleansing, healthy immune function, skin complexion, etc
I have already devised a basic routine using my 100% Natural African Black Soap paste and my spin brush from both Proactiv and TouchBeauty spin brush. Now I had the Proactiv brush before the TouchBeauty and before it became such a YouTube sensation. So I while I will be using the soap daily I will only use the spin brush three times a week possibly two as the soap cleans very well and as this is the winter time my face is behaving so no need to be aggressive.
The oils with the shea butter will be used to clear away the scars and moisturize in the nighttime. I am still developing my skin care routine and taking it slow introducing each new thing before I proceed watching for any reactions to the products. Now everything is organic and natural but you still want to proceed with caution, you don't want to overload your skin you want results not breakouts.
This makes a great clay mask that not only clears away dark spots but clears your pores -Apple Cider Vinegar and Aztec Indian Bentonite Clay
Although its supposed to be great as a hair moisturizer, I use this as an all over body moisturizer. It doesn't agree with my hair which is fine 2a-2C.
So this not the full routine but rather a list of items that I am have incorporated into my skin care regimen when I return I will have a comprehensive routine down and I will share my new product testing sites, companies and campaigns.

My Sample Haul and skin care advice/routine Pt.1
Okay so I decided to use red ink on favor of the holiday will also throw in green lol. I have been busy lately with a lot of free samples and product testing many of which I was required to complete various activities in exchange for an honest review. I have already reviewed these products and shared with my social media communities: Instagram which I have only just recently joined, Twitter, Facebook of course probably the most popular next to Instagram, Google plus I had Snapchat briefly still don't understand it but it was required for the list of tasks.
This was an awesome freebie I snagged from one of the many freebie sites I get email notifications from it's a week supply of Lancôme's latest Facial treatment. Loved this cuz I am a frugalista but still enjoy luxury items when I can.
This came about a week ago and I was taken away this is one of the most coveted beauty subscription boxes out there, but guess what I got it free. A little back drop I belonged to a few Beauty Subscription services Ipsy, Birchbox, BeautyBox5, Lip Monthly, Cocotique (which is a mixture of hair and beauty items for African American women) SephoraPlay, Allure and quite a few others but these were my favorite things started to slow down for me on my personal business side so I had to suspend my subscriptions which left me heartbroken because I had found this eclectic and exciting community of women who like me loved makeup items and beauty supplies but were also on a budget.
So as an alternative I signed up to be an Allure Enthusiast to do what I do now answer surveys, make posts and read articles and was pleasantly surprised when this arrived as a free gift for being apart of their community and I was ecstatic taking to social media to share in my delight.
As part of the agreement for being a participant in the programs I always say when in conversation face to face or writing on my social media platforms that I received items for my free as a sample for an honest review.
Coming next perfecting my skin routine hmm I don't really like that word here, ok it stays until I find a better way to express it. But getting ,my skin care routine down for the winter what I have tried so far is it working? Natural DIY remedies for my acne scar/marks
I'm still trying to find the purpose of my blog bear with my folks but I like to talk and share my new discoveries especially as it pertains to saving money and cutting budgets and being able to afford your beauty items and not bust your family's budget or sacrifice quality beauty items. That's it I found the purpose of my blog thank you lol I think the struggle came with trying to blog on just one thing when there is such a huge variety of things that I do, discover and take part in.
Okay so now that we have gotten that out of the way I want to share with you my latest samples and Product Tester Boxes:
So this one came today from PinchMe, I was totally excited as I have been a part of the PinchMe community for quite some time and wasn't one of the lucky participants until today. This box contained a full size container of Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser, a deluxe sample size of Oil of Olay Shea Butter body wash, a studded dish cloth and coupons.
So as an alternative I signed up to be an Allure Enthusiast to do what I do now answer surveys, make posts and read articles and was pleasantly surprised when this arrived as a free gift for being apart of their community and I was ecstatic taking to social media to share in my delight.
And pictured below is my CozyVoxBox from Influenster which I keep raving about because their campaigns are fun and a breeze to complete, also the coupons for free items full size at that is delish. Not pictured afre the free items I have received so far A tub of butter from Country Crock, sour cream from Daisy, French Fries from Alexia, and Hair color from Clairol and other travel sized toiletry items such as toothpaste and razors.

Update
Hello my lubs so it has been a crazy and hectic time and I survived Thanksgiving and recovered from the Election. I won't discuss the results as I feel that every inch of it has been well covered and examined and analyzed. what I do want is to share with you the various items that I received in the mail for my honest review food or bad. I will post the photos with a little info on each
So the above picture is from my latest and perhaps my favorite site Smiley360 I love testing and qualifying for campaigns because they always send you full size items, It fun to share with my other social media platforms a nd it is becoming more recognizable.
The second one came as a surprise and a welcome its a new skincare line that is cruelty free FRAGRANCE FREE, NO PARABENS, NO PHTHALATES or SULFATES. I purchased a few foil packets of their trial sizes wrote my review on Amazon my favorite online shopping site, an was sent an email thanking me for my review and for me to list all the products I purchased. I did and the little bounty came in the mail and little is an endearment as the whole cost is by far not little. I have been talking about them ever since and have been using their products religiously. I have also been taking photos to track my progress and will be sharing them with you periodically. In my everyday life my hubby has already remarked that their is a difference to my acne scars and hyperpigmentation and I have a glow. I can tell you that I still see them of course they are not going to disappear over night, I also see a difference to how my make up is applied it goes on smoother and believe it or not I am using less and less or I can also say that I am having to cover up less dark spots so this has me pleased and ecstatic and I will be posting on my Skincare Routine that is constantly changing.
My other favorite product testing site is Influenster now I will admit that when I first joined I had no idea how this site worked it took me joining Facebook groups to understand it. Now that I do I, I am pleased and participate weekly at least three times. The box below is from their CozyVoxBox Campaign that included coupons for butter and sour cream pens, Maybelline 24 hour lipstick simple makeup remover wipes it was quite the loot.
There are others that I have received but I am not allowed to share them on social media per my contractual agreement when I signed up. This is okay with me I still get to test the products in everyday life submit my experience and help the brand and future consumers.
I will post a list of sites that I am a part of for all of those who are interested and sites that you can be a part of the Consumer Testing Panel. So goodbye for now and look out for the next few days to be busy

I am very familiar with the Simple Skincare brand of products and am also a fan. I do have acne prone, oily skin and am fighting blemishes this brand is very gentle when you consider how much different products one has to use keep this type of skin clear.
I haven't tried Maybelline SupertStay 24 Longwear Lip Color as yet as this is a rainy weekend and I di not make any plans to go out anyplace special so I will definitely try this out on Monday as I have a few errands and appointment to go to that way I can really see if it lives up to its claim.
As the mother of a teenager and high school freshman I find all of my pens slowly disappearing and as I live my life in color I can see why my son is swiping all of my pens. His review they are cool trendy and everyone wants to borrow it.
So did I say how much I love free products and samples and coupons for free stuff. Yeah I absolutely love and can't wait to hit the grocery store and get my Country Crock Buttery Spread and my Daisy Squeeze Sour Cream with the Thanksgiving Holidays fast approaching this arrived right on time

Hello I am back to blogging I never really intended to write another blog I won't say that it just happened there was a reason I came back I was inspired by my love for saving, getting free products, writing reviews. Maximizing my reach via social media was my reason.
It encouraged me to join Twitter and Instagram when I swore I wouldn't so here I am and after a solid year on Influenster I have a campaign finally whoo hoo I am so excited. So here I am back in the driver's seat and feeling good.
This blog will be open to all of my product reviews, and free samples everything else like the fact that I have to abandon this post as I hear two highly energetic boys bringing down the house until next time...
